How do I increase my chances of getting Pregnant with a girl?

I swear to god, I will do anything. I do not want a male kid, I want a girl kid so badly. I’m not yet pregnant, and I’m going to start smoking, because apparently, it’s harder to have a boy if you smoke. Any other tips? Or suggestions?

Chosen Answer:

It’s not up to you at all so put down the cigarette, honey. Really, do NOT smoke if you are pregnant; it raises the child’s heart rate with each inhale and is not good for the child at all. Not to mention it has nothing to do with determining the child’s sex.

The sex of the child is determined by the male. And there’s nothing he can do to ensure a girl, either.

The tip of my cigar has a little carck in the leaf, what can I use to mend it?

Its not the type of cigar you can lick and mend it… Romeo y Juliet. Any type of glue or anything organic, anything that won’t kill me when I smoke it..Ex:any type of glue….

Cigars, especially the good ones, can cost a fair amount of money. To that end, a damaged cigar can be a very disappointing thing. Of course, it is only disappointing if one isn’t aware of just how easy it is to fix them.

First, forget any notions one may be harboring about wetting the wrapper with one’s tongue and sticking it back together in that fashion. This will not work. A glue must be used to stick the wrapper back together. The appropriate glue is available at just about any grocery store.

To repair this cigar, one must journey no farther than their local grocery store. There is a natural glue called pectin which is used for this process. Remember to never use a chemical glue when trying to repair a cigar! The fumes can be quite toxic. If the frayed portion of the cigar is near the foot or the cap, one may attempt to trim it back to a more advantageous portion of the wrapper but real pros get the most out of their cigars and that means making a repair.

The glue required is called pectin. It is available in the canning section of most grocery stores. This is a food-grade substance and one need not worry about any harm from smoking it. It is odorless and flavorless when combusted so it won’t affect the taste of the cigar adversely, in any regard. This glue is mixed with water in a quantity that results in a sort of tacky gelatin which, in reality, is exactly what pectin is. This gelatin is applied to either the free end of the wrapper or that portion of the barrel to which the wrapper is to be glued, or both, and held in place long enough for it to set and dry.

To fix the cigar, mix the pectin with water until it takes on a tacky quality. Get a bit on the fingertips and apply it to the wrapper on the damaged spot. One will have to hold the wrapper in place for a few moments to allow the glue to set. Pull the fingers away gently to ensure that the wrapper is not sticking to the pectin on one’s fingertips. Examine the cigar before lighting it to make certain that it is sealed correctly and then light it as one would any other cigar. One may wish to let it sit for a while first to make certain that the glue is dried.

does smoking a piece of paper have the same affects as smoking a cig?

Today i rolled a piece of exam paper with cotton wool and i lit it. It was actually pretty cool i was blowing out smoke and watching the tip go orange as i sucked it i didn’t cough or anything and knowing there was no tar or nicotine in it i wanted to try it again.

so im just asking is there something wrong with smoking paper or did i just discover the worlds first cheap healthy cigarette.

Chosen Answer:

Healthy? i don’t think so
there is a reason why if you are in a fire you get on the ground. so that you don’t breath in smoke. its really bad for your lungs. and just because there is no tobacco and no nicotine does NOT make it better
dude smoke in general can cause serious health issues
and dont tell any of your stupid little friends to smoke paper because chances are one of you little idiots are going to smoke a piece of paper with ink or lead on it and that could get you hospitalized
and give you permanent health damages

i mean really? who smokes now? people who wanna be cool. HA! sorry but i would not want to make out with a guy with nasty breath. and i would not let myself fall for a guy who smokes because he’ll just die early anyway.

i mean seriously- when god was handing out brains did you just think he said trains and didn’t get in line?

Eliminate Cigarrette Smoke Smell from Beaded Jewelry?

I make handmade jewelry – mostly beaded works (beadweaving with seed beads & crystals) which sometimes have sterling silver clasps.

I’d like to sell my jewelry but have a concern.

The thing is…..I smoke and am concerned of the jewelry smelling like smoke. (of course I don’t smell anything because I am a smoker)

Any tips on how to remove cigarrette smoke smell out of my jewelry? (keep in mind they are beads, crystals, nylon thread,, and sometimes sterling silver clasps)

Chosen Answer:

I really doubt the smell is on the beads, I wouldn’t worry so much about it. But if it really bothers you perhaps you could wipe them down with a baby wipe.=)

Any good tips on quitting smoking?

Serious answers only please.

I smoke little primetime cigars like somebody would cigarrettes. About half a pack to a pack a day. I’m tired of wasting my moms money to buy these. What are good tips to quit?

Chosen Answer:

The most effective method is cold turkey. Anything else is just screwing around. I’ve detailed my personal experience at the website in the link below. I smoked 1+ packs per day for 7 years and have been quit for 2.

Smoke pictures: How do you do it?

I took this photo (actually three photos combined onto one canvas) tonight. I am happy with it, but I was wondering if anyone has done this before and can offer tips for improvement. Do you do anything special to get those silky smoke ribbons, or do like I did and just wait and watch to see what the smoke does.

Release a draft when the smoke is going up not before, or as the artist not know as Betty has done, move the stick out of the image then snap the remains of smoke.

You can cover your items with coffee in a paper lined container. Both will absorb the odors.

If you sell your items you will need new and uncontaminated packaging items because many buyers are allergic or offended by smoke odors. Also, many people, like myself cannot inhale many perfumes or other odors. So odor free is the way to go.

Also use a little windex on the silver to take the nicotine off. It won’t harm your thread or other beads.
