Is it uncommon for teeth to have a dramatic color difference from the gumline to the tip?

The gum line of my teeth are borderline yellow while the tips are white. I understand that the thickness and translucency plays a role, but is this common? I don’t smoke or drink coffee. Any educated thoughts?

Thanks
