I have one cig left,I plan on quitting after I smoke that….any helpful tips?
I’ve said this plenty of times…but I’m willing to actually try this time…any help would really be appreciated.

i’m going 2 quit my smoking habit in dis form……

frm past 2days sucessfully i dint smoke……… so i’ll continue… if u want … u can also try dis…………. its working

What worked for me was…
Before quiting smoking. I quit buying. No matter how bad I wanted one I wouldn’t buy a pack. But instead, just told myself I can bum one from someone later. Did that for about 3 months.
Then I heard the news that I was going to become a Father. Haven’t had a smoke since.
And IF you are a drinker, I think it’s near impossible to quit smoking but continue to drink. So you may as well kick both.
Stay with us…don’t be a quitter.
Face it, you either have a lot of money set aside for retirement, or you don’t want to live a really long time.
Do you have a lot of money set aside for retirement so that you can afford to be a 90 year old babbling colostomy bag filling paraplegic with no memory? Or would you rather go quick and easy at 65 or so before the money runs out and you’re living on dog food?

i did that one cig thing about a million times but there is one sure way to quit …keep saying just one more till the doc tells you they are gonna take one lung out ,thats how i quit! and damn thing bout it, today my stupid mind is back thinking bout cigs…so i got on here to remind me what cigs are all about…and your question hit home! thanks! your question saved me my last lung
