Ok, I was smoking some weed in my bedroom a couple weeks ago after a long day of school and my Grandpa was in the kitchen when I left my room, so he said, ” Do you smell that?” I Said No, What? Mom tried for years to quit. She quit with hypnosis in the end and never looked back. Since addiction is something created in the mind, if you can get a hypnosis pack that deals with your addiction you’re all set.
The site below does mp3′s of hypnosis sessions. Basically just sit back, relax, listen to the session, and watch your addiction melt away effortlessly. I use them alot for my personal development stuff, and they’re excellent.

I want to stop smoking. All my friends smoke when we hang out though…tips?
I quit once for 2 years and like an idiot started smoking again. I hate it and want to quit. I think I could but I get pretty tempted when I’m hanging out with friends chatting, or drinking margaritas. How can I avoid temptation when all my friends smoke around me?

This is a big deal and I relate to it. When I quit , I had the same problem, friends and family who still smoked and wanted to keep me smoking, too. I weaned myself away from them, including my family members, I would not be around them while they smoked, if it is bad for me then…..it is bad for them. My health and was more important, my success depended on avoiding triggers. Alcohol was a huge stumbling block, one drink and I was likely to fire up a smoke and ” quit later”, so I quit the alcohol, too. 20 years later, I can have a glass of wine and not even worry about smoking ever again, but I am over the hard part. I wish you luck .

use will power, I gave up when the budget put the price up to 50p for 20, I was smoking 40 a day and it was no problem, just convince yourself that you don’t want to smoke anymore.
How do I increase my chances of getting Pregnant with a girl?
I swear to god, I will do anything. I do not want a male kid, I want a girl kid so badly. I’m not yet pregnant, and I’m going to start smoking, because apparently, it’s harder to have a boy if you smoke. Any other tips? Or suggestions?

It’s not up to you at all so put down the cigarette, honey. Really, do NOT smoke if you are pregnant; it raises the child’s heart rate with each inhale and is not good for the child at all. Not to mention it has nothing to do with determining the child’s sex.
The sex of the child is determined by the male. And there’s nothing he can do to ensure a girl, either.

This worked for me, tough it out for three days without smoking then start smoking again but don’t light the cigarette and just puff on it anyways. You lose the nicotine in three days, smoking is the number 1 psychological addiction. If you puff on a non-lighted cigarette it just seems like you are smoking ultra lights.

If you want to lose weight, you need to two things: eat less and exercise more. Weight gain happens when you create a calorie surplus (eat more than you burn). Your body takes the excess calories and converts them to fat which get stored around your stomach, arms and thighs. The longer you remain in a calorie surplus, the more weight you’ll gain. To lose that weight, you need to do the opposite. You need to create a calorie deficit (start eating less than you burn).
Your first step is to figure out how many calories you burn on a daily basis. Use a calorie calculator – http://calorieneedscalculator.com The number you get from this tool is what your body burns on a daily basis. To lose weight, simply eat less. It sounds a lot easier than it is but making small changes helps you adjust to a new lifestyle. Don’t think of this as a diet, think of it as a new life. Instead of eating foods high in sugars, white flour and saturated fat, go with fruits, vegetables, whole wheats, fish, lean meats, nuts and beans. In addition to eating less, you also need to exercise more. Start off at 1-2 times per week and work your way up to 3-5 times per week.
Don’t make all of these changes at once or you won’t be able to properly adjust to them. Generally, eating healthier foods will decrease your calorie intake. Of late cigarettes have been making me gag when I smoke ‘em, do you think I should quit?

Well cigarettes are naturally harmful. And if your coughing/gagging, its your bodies natural response telling you that its not agreeing with the cigarettes.
As far as quiting, I’m a pharmacist and I quit smoking successfully.
My method was:
- Stop smoking cigarettes.
- Stop drinking coffee (since I used to always have a smoke with my coffee) to break the habit.. and started drinking tea instead (tea is also healthier).
- Whenever craving to smoke comes, I chewed on a piece of “Nictoine Polacrilex” aka Nicotime gum.
-> I was using 10-15 pieces of nicotine gum a day, then I found a mint flavoured nicotine gum and started using that.
Slowly instead of using the nicotine mint flavoured gum I also started using a strong normal mint flavoured gum until I was only chewing normal gum..
And now I just chew gum sometimes, and dont smoke and dont have any urges.
The first week will be crazy with the cravings and youll be a little upset/angry much easier, but in the end its worth it, I feel better, I have better sense of smell, I have a new taste of foods, and life is better overall!
Just gotta have the end goal of no smoking and the drive and motivation, avoid friends who smoke for now, and get some people to support you and help you with the quitting process!
